Presentation Requirements

Focus Areas for submitting proposals are
Session Length: You may choose a 1 hour presentation or 2 hour participatory session or panel discussion.
Deadline and Selection Process
Submission Deadline : Friday, September 15, 2017. Proposals will be reviewed and accepted as space in the schedule allows.
Notification of selection: Presentations will be reviewed on a rolling basis. Presenters will be notified no later than September 18, 2017.
Your presentation will either be accepted as is, accepted with modifications, or not accepted
Membership: You do not have to be a member of COFLT or WAFLT to submit a proposal; however, if your submission is selected for presentation, you must become a member in good standing.
Conference Registration: All presenters must also register to attend the conference. Proposal submission is not a substitute for conference registration.
